Presentations and Classes

Joe offers classes at stores , libraries, and other venues. They are generally one and a half hours long, and include full descriptions of the benefits of eating fermented foods and drinks. The discussion also includes how the fermentation process takes place and how we do it in our commercial kitchen, and how a patron can do it at home. Lots of informational handouts on fermentation, health, and lifestyles are included, plus a display of current books that cover these topics. The opportunity to sample taste all of the Farming For Life products concludes the class.
